Passion Never Dies :)

Assalamualaikum peeps :D
Its been two long months since I last updated this blog hha. Been extra busy dealing with TOEFL n SAT. Thank God its in the past now hehe. Since Madam Aliah has given us the freedom to write. So no more vocab Log muahaha. From now on, Im free to write what I want :D.

This time I'm gonna write about one my favourite sports, Football :D.
I started to know about football quite late compared to other boys of my age. Since my dad was a busy man back then, I was never truly exposed to football until the age of 13*Yeah masuk MRSM*

I remembered asking dad to buy me a pair of football boots when I was in standard 6 but in the end I didn't even played cuz
  1. By the age of 12*Standard 6* most of my friends already quite skillful*shy to play with them
  2. I was a noob *kaki bangku AHAHAHA XD
So in the end it didn't workout in my primary school.
Things changed tho when I registered in MRSM Pasir Salak hehe. I started to immerse myself in the world of football by playing in the evening. But yeah, a noob is still a noob and most of the time I have to play CB/Centre Back*Defensive Position.
My first pair of boots Adidas Questra*x main pun hha*

Again, I stopped playing football. It was in 2011 if I'm not mistaken. Somehow, there's a time where bad luck like latched onto myself and I started scoring own-goals alot T.T. That made me fed up*LOL* and I stopped playing for a whole year of 2011. In that time, I took up Badminton as my best friends Alif, Irfan and Azhar a.k.a A'a are also playing badminton back then.

If I remembered correctly, it was at the end of 2011 that I really fell in love*acah* with Football :).
I remembered many of my batch-mates suddenly changed their football boots*beramai-ramai and it made me worked up to also change mine*Dah la jarang main kann*. Luckily, the Questra doesnt fit with my foot anymore*muahaha and I bought myself a new pair of boots during the Year End Holiday.

Dad said new boots <RM200*most boots cost around 140-200*for the norm grade*Theres a better grade but costs alot more. My mind back then was the Nike T90 LaserIV. It was the boot that was wore by my football Idol Wayne Rooney*mind you Im a Manchester United fan xD. The thing was back then, the design was quite new and most of it costs more than 200 T.T...

Went to survey many*literally* boutieqes and was about to give up until we went to a Nike shop where the boot was available for RM199 :D. Without further a due, dad bought it and I returned home a happy man haha.

With new boots, comes new life*acah

Somehow the new boots gave me motivation to never stop playing*started to play again early 2012* Everyday I would play till I feel really exhausted*eventho still a noob*cuz baru nak start main seriously kann. Eventually, from Centre Back*Defender, I managed to play DM/Defensive Midfield but my fav position would eventually be RW/Right Wing or RWB/Right Wing Back*a more defensive version of RW.

Both the RW and RWB allows the player to run freely at the right side of the field which is why it was my fav position :D. The player would dribble the ball and will attempt to outrun opposing Defenders and set the ball for the Strikers to score*Crossing.

Nike T90 Laser IV
But yeah, Allah decide whats best for you, On August/September 2012*Couldnt remember lah.
I was hit with an injury which would apparently, end my footballing days. My knee twisted badly and it was the end for me and football... I cried when the Doc announced it*funny right, a guy crying*. He said I would never be able to play any outdoor sports anymore, My knee wouldnt be able to handle it.

Like I stated above, Allah knows whats best :). Eventually, by stopping football, I managed to focus for my chess*n became a national player in 2013 n 2014 representing Melaka xD. Also, I learnt n played other sports such as BoTam*Volleyball and BasketBall which Im sure I would not be playing if I had not injured my knee.

In every bad, somehow to overcome it. We need to find the good underlying it. I never regretted playing football. What I regret was that I never had the chance to truly become a great football player hha. Yeah eventho I can never truly play football again, it doesnt mean I have to stop loving it right? My passion for football peeps, will certainly will never die :).

Manchester United :D
